I’ve been going out with her for a mere 9 months (but hey, that beats a lot of other girls at school!), but we’ve been friends for nearly 6 years.
We’ve been through a few rough patches, mostly because of her parents (who say they aren’t against us but continue to forbid her to leave the house, probably on account that they’ll be embarassed or something or her dad will lose his teaching job at our school because our entire school district is pretty conservative. (Hell, they wouldn’t even let the students organize a GSA))
But we’ve managed to last through it all. I love her more than anything <3 (Submitted by otakubox)

I look like the gay statue of liberty here, but I was so very proud to be attending my first pride while being open and accepting of myself. NYC Pride 2010 was a fabulous day I will never forget ^_^ (Submitted by quirkysonnet712)
